The Lab
Located at 63 Liqht Square Adelaide, The Lab is a multi-functional, and multi-genre immersive performance space that supports art and culture while leading it in entirely new directions.
The Lab has 50 square metres (that’s 14 million pixels) of LED screens and is curated to ensure a full range of artists will present their creations, from digital sculptors, bands and DJs to theatre, dance and classical recitals.
Aurora
Supported by the pillars of sustainability, local produce and social responsibility, the team at Aurora aim to create memorable dining experiences that nourish and engage. A la carte and tasting menus offer inclusive, authentic experiences that celebrate culinary excellence.
Led by chef Brendan Wessels, Aurora is a world class yet accessible dining experience in the heart of Adelaide. A purpose-built braai is at the centre of the open kitchen which produces modern cuisine at international standards. Working with local suppliers that align with Aurora’s ethos of quality produce, locality and supportive work practices is key to our vision.
At Aurora, Brendan and his team aim to take you on a journey. Although a fusion of many cuisines, the menu sits close to him personally, honouring his South African heritage.
Aurora is part of Light, an independent creative project, not-for-profit organisation and registered charity designed to be a beacon for creativity while maintaining a focus on the wellbeing of its people.
