Recitals Australia (RA) is an Australian Incorporated Association with a registered ROCO DGR fund for donations which sells tickets and subscriptions to attend events and concerts. All prices listed for purchase are final and non-negotiable and are in Australian dollars. Recitals Australia tickets and passes do not attract GST. By buying a ticket or subscription you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Tickets

Recitals Australia has a strict no refund policy. Please be sure that you have selected the correct performance and ticket type before completing your purchase. This is non-negotiable and discussion will not be entered into. This no refund policy applies to all Recitals Australia concerts, special events, forums and classes. We may be able to exchange a ticket for another performance, subject to availability and discretion. If a transaction needs to be cancelled for any reason, please call 08 8236 7488 to discuss with a member of our box office.

Tickets  purchased via our website will be delivered via the email address provided when the account is created within an hour of purchase. The ticket(s) will be delivered in a PDF format. Please ensure that the email address you supply us is correct, as Recitals Australia is not responsible for tickets sent to the wrong email address. Recitals Australia is aware of our carbon footprint and is taking every step to become paper-free.

Recitals Australia reserves the right to vary published program and performance times as necessary. Where possible and practical, we will inform patrons of any change to a performance plan as previously published.

All performances are general admission only. To guarantee a good seat, please arrive early.

Valid Concession or membership ID must be presented when buying or collecting tickets and, if requested, on entry to the performance.

Recitals Australia will endeavour to operate standby queues for all sold out sessions. Entry is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

By submitting your order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the Recitals Australia Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

RA reserves the right to deny any person admission to any of our managed venues.

All persons seeking admittance to attend an event or session must have a valid ticket

RA accepts a range of concessions to help keep performances accessible to all. We offer concession tickets on events (where listed) to full-time students, pensioners, healthcare cardholders and seniors. We also recognise holders of the South Australian Government Seniors Card for concession purposes. A current ID, pre arranged letter of concession or concession (union) card must be presented when buying or collecting tickets and, if requested, on entry to the performance.

Latecomers may not be admitted to a performance, and tickets may be re-sold to a standby queue. There are no exchanges or refunds available if patrons arrive late to a performance.

Particulars of any session or event may be changed without prior notice. Artists or performers may be added, withdrawn or substituted for specific performances. In the case of a cancelled performance, RA will negotiate in good faith about an alternate session with each ticket buyer. Subscriptions may not be refunded in full or part.

Your personal details will never be sold to a third party by RA or passed on for marketing purposes. You can view our privacy policy below.

RA stores your personal and payment details securely. All credit card details are outsourced to our Payment Gateway supplier, Stripe.com. For Stripe.com’s terms and conditions, please visit https://www.stripe.com/au.

In order to use the Recitals Australia website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Recitals Australia is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Recitals Australia customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff and organisational development.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.
